SocialPower

TERMS

What you can expect, and what we expect.

Plain terms: what the service does, what you are responsible for, how billing works, and what happens when something breaks.

The service, as it stands

SocialPower researches, writes, sizes, schedules and publishes content to the social accounts you connect, on the terms you set in your workspace.

The daily post cap is enforced by the worker, and the approval gate is on by default so nothing publishes until a person releases it.

What you are responsible for

You own what gets published under your accounts. Approval is on by default precisely so that nothing goes out without a person releasing it; if you switch it off, published output is still yours.

You are responsible for holding the rights to anything you upload, and for following each platform’s own rules. A suspension by a platform is between you and that platform.

Payment

Plans are billed in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST. You can pay monthly or yearly by UPI, card or net banking.

Moving up a plan takes effect immediately. Moving down applies at the end of the current cycle. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the workspace readable so you can export.

When it breaks

We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. If you need one for procurement, talk to us about an agency or enterprise agreement.

If a failure on our side causes a paid cycle to be substantially unusable, tell us and we will credit it.
