What we store, and what we do not.

What we hold

An account holds your name, email address and a hashed password. We never store the password itself.

A workspace holds your brands, the Brand Brain record for each, the social accounts you connect, the posts generated or scheduled, and a log of AI generations used for billing and limits.

Connected social accounts store the access token the platform issues us. Tokens are excluded from every API response and are never rendered in the interface.

Where it goes

Generating content sends your prompt and the relevant Brand Brain fields to the AI provider configured for your workspace — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, Mistral, DeepSeek or Hugging Face. Which one is your choice, set per workspace.

Publishing sends the finished post to the platform you connected it to. That is the only other place your content goes.

We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Training

Your brand data is used to condition your own generations. It is not used to train our models, and it is not pooled across workspaces.

Providers have their own retention terms for API traffic. If that matters to your organisation, choose a provider whose terms you accept — the setting is yours, per workspace.

Getting it back, and getting rid of it

You can export every post from a workspace at any time. Deleting a workspace removes its brands, posts and connected accounts.

There is no retention hold and no exit interview. You do not have to ask a person for permission to leave.
