SocialPower has five plans. Free is ₹0, Starter is ₹499 a month, Pro is ₹1,499, Business is ₹3,999, and Agency is quoted. Every figure excludes 18% GST. What separates them is brand count first, then how many posts a day the system will publish on its own. Generations stop being a constraint at Pro, where they go unlimited.
Everything else is in every plan, including the free one. The Brand Brain that conditions your voice, all eight publishing platforms, the AI Studio for captions, hashtags, CTAs and ideas, and your choice of AI provider. Paying does not unlock a better writer. It raises ceilings.

What each limit means when you use it
A number on a pricing page only matters if you know what hits it first. Here is what each one does in practice.
Brands
A brand is a separate Brand Brain and a separate set of connected accounts. Voice, audience, banned words, hashtag ceiling, claims policy, always-say facts — all of it belongs to that brand and nothing crosses over to another. If you run a coffee label and a handloom label, that is two brands, not one workspace with two moods. Trying to run both from one Brand Brain produces captions that sound like neither.
This is the limit most people actually hit, and it is the one worth paying to raise.
Social accounts
One connected profile is one account. An Instagram profile, a Facebook Page, a LinkedIn company page, an X handle, a Pinterest account, Threads, TikTok, YouTube. A single brand posting to Instagram, LinkedIn and X uses three of them. Free gives you two, which is enough to see the same idea rendered at two different sets of dimensions and character limits. Starter's five covers a solo creator's real footprint.
AI generations
A generation is one call to the model: a caption, a hashtag set, a CTA, a content idea, an image. A finished post is usually several. Thirty a month on Free is roughly six or seven complete posts if you accept most of what you get, fewer if you regenerate. Five hundred on Starter is more than one brand posting daily will consume. From Pro upward there is no counter, so the question disappears.
The daily post cap
This is the one that governs autonomous mode. The worker counts the AI posts already published today for the workspace and stops at the cap. One a day on Starter, five on Pro, fifteen on Business. It is a hard stop in code, not a suggestion, and it applies whether or not the approval gate is on.
Be clear about the difference: the daily post cap is enforced. The monthly spend cap is stored and displayed in the workspace, but the worker does not enforce it. If your provider costs matter to you, watch them at the provider, not here.
Team members
Roles run owner, admin, manager, editor and viewer. Viewer is the one that decides plans for agencies: a client on a viewer seat can see their own brand's queue and approve nothing. On Business, twenty seats across ten brands is two people per brand plus your own team. Count the client logins, not just your staff.
Why GST is quoted exclusive
Every price above is before 18% GST, and the site says so on the pricing page rather than in a footnote. Quoting exclusive is the Indian SaaS convention — Zoho and SocialPilot both do it — and there are two practical reasons.
- If you have a GSTIN, the tax is input credit, not cost. Quoting inclusive would make the number look 18% worse than it is for the buyers most likely to pay it.
- The rate is set by the government, not by us. Baking it into the headline hides which part we chose and which part we collect.
What you will actually be charged, if you are wondering: Starter ₹589 a month, Pro ₹1,769, Business ₹4,719. Yearly, that is ₹5,888, ₹17,688 and ₹47,188. Round figures, GST included.
Pick by brand count, not by feature list
Comparison tables invite you to shop for rows. That is the wrong way to read this one, because the rows are nearly identical. Read it top to bottom instead, in this order.
- 01Count your brands. One brand means Free or Starter. Two or three means Pro. Four to ten means Business. More than ten means Agency, quoted.
- 02Count your connected accounts for those brands. If one brand needs more than five profiles, that alone moves you to Pro.
- 03Decide how often you want it to publish without you. One a day is a real cadence for a single brand. Five a day across three brands is under two posts per brand per day, which is sustainable. Fifteen is an agency number.
- 04Count the people who need a login, clients included.
- 05Only then look at support and approval-scope rows. They rarely change the answer.
The common mistake is buying Business for the unlimited accounts when you run two brands. Pro's three brands and fifteen accounts is more headroom than most two-brand teams use in a year, at ₹2,500 a month less.
What the free plan is genuinely enough for
Start free. Not as a formality — the free plan answers the only question that matters before you pay, which is whether the writing sounds like you.
Here is what it holds. One brand, two accounts, thirty generations a month, one seat, approval always on, no autonomous mode. That last one is the honest limit: on Free, nothing publishes on a schedule by itself. You fill in the Brand Brain properly, generate a handful of posts, and read them.
Thirty generations is enough to do that seriously. Fill the Brand Brain with your real banned words, your real hashtag ceiling, your real claims policy, then generate five or six posts and judge them. If they read like your brand, Starter at ₹499 is a small decision. If they do not, you have spent nothing, and no card was involved. Read how the pipeline works if you want to know what happens between your brief and the draft.
What Free is not enough for: running a brand hands-off. That needs autonomous mode, which starts at Starter.
What you are not paying for
Eight of thirteen agents ship today. Five do not, and they are labelled SOON everywhere they appear, including in the plans table above.
- Trend detection, SEO, rendered video, analytics readback and competitor tracking are on the roadmap, not in your account. Analytics today is post counts, nothing more.
- There is no comment moderation and no inbox. The system publishes; it does not reply.
- There are no paid ads. No campaign manager, no spend integration.
- The monthly spend cap is displayed but not enforced by the worker.
No tier unlocks any of the above. Buying Business does not buy you analytics that do not exist yet.
The order that works
- 01Sign up free. Connect two accounts, both for the same brand, on two different platforms.
- 02Spend forty minutes on the Brand Brain. Banned words and claims policy do more for output quality than any other field.
- 03Generate five posts against a real brief. Read them cold the next morning.
- 04If they hold up, take Starter at ₹499 and set the daily cap to 1 with approval left on. Release each post by hand for a fortnight.
- 05Turn approval off only after two weeks of releasing posts you would have written anyway.
- 06Move to Pro when you add a second brand — not before, and not because of a feature row.
